A New Jersey native charged in a DUI crash that killed a newlywed bride in South Carolina last year has been released on bond.

A judge set a $150,000 bond for Jamie Lee Komoroski last week. She must surrender her passport, live in Charleston and is not allowed to drive. Komoroski must also wear an ankle bracelet that can monitor her blood alcohol levels.

Komoroski was charged with one count of reckless homicide resulting in death and three counts of felony DUI resulting in great bodily harm.

Authorities say that Komoroski was driving 65 mph when she rear-ended a golf cart, killing 34-year-old Samantha Miller. Miller’s husband Aric Hutchinson and two others were injured. Hutchinson suffered a brain injury and broken bones.

Officials say Komoroski’s blood alcohol level was more than three times the legal limit.
