New Jersey Rep. Josh Gottheimer says that he has been having heart-breaking conversations with constituents who have family and friends in Israel as the war with Hamas intensifies.
"I mean, they're the worst conversations you have for a person in my job…Those who have lost loved ones, they're trying to get home, they are petrified,” Gottheimer told News 12.

The congressman says that this is one of the worst parts of his job, but he is there to lend assistance.
“If anybody has any questions that they need me…if you have family there, you also just reach out to my office,” he said.
Information about assistance can be found on Gottheimer ’s official government webpage.
