A Wildwood lifeguard is receiving Jersey Proud praise for his good deed after a Facebook post from this weekend went viral.
The post, which resulted in hundreds of likes and hundreds of shares, showed the lifeguard standing in the water, holding a woman's hand. The woman who posted this photo wrote that the woman in the picture is blind.
The lifeguard stood with her for an hour in the water just to make sure she was OK.
