Fire rips through Balcony Restaurant and Bar in Carlstadt

<p>A Fourth of July weekend came to crashing halt at a popular restaurant in Carlstadt Sunday.&nbsp; Police say that a fire began in the attic of the Balcony Restaurant and Bar around 3 a.m.&nbsp;</p>
