? Two siblings who are students at Wanamassa Elementary School in Ocean have been diagnosed with the drug-resistant bacteria MRSA.
Parents received letters from the school Thursday informing them of the situation. School officials say the siblings are being treated, but they urge parents to keep an eye on their children. MRSA symptoms include small red bumps, swelling, redness, painful patches and boils filled with pus.
The Monmouth County Health Department says the situation is not a medical emergency.
