Two people were killed Friday in a series of drive-by shootings on the streets of Newark.
Police say at least four people were shot between five shooting scenes.
The shootings took place on Ridgewood, Clinton and 18th avenues, Boyd Street and Irvine Turner Boulevard.
As a precaution, 18th Avenue School in Newark was placed under lockdown following the shootings.
