Two people were taken to a hospital following an incident at a construction site in Hoboken this morning, police confirmed. The incident happened around 10:45 a.m. At a building under construction at 111 Observer Highway, Hoboken police told News 12. Multiple first responders from the Hoboken police, fire and EMS departments were on the scene to assist with the patients and secure the scene. Police are asking people to avoid the area, which remains an active scene. "Observer Highway is currently closed in both directions allow first responders to work safely," police said.
