Two men from Howell were found guilty Tuesday on charges they dared a man with autism to jump off a jetty into freezing ocean waters in Manasquan.
Nicholas Formica and Christopher Tilton were charged with endangering an incompetent person after they dared Parker Drake, 20, to jump in the water or eat a hamster for $20.
The two men were sentenced to perform community service. Formica must perform 90 days of service, and Tilton must perform 60 days.
Drake was not seriously harmed during the incident.
