Convicted killer James Zarate was sentenced Friday to 76 years behind bars in the 2005 death of his Randolph teen neighbor.
Zarate was given the same sentence of his already convicted brother for the death of Jennifer Parks. The two were convicted of killing Parks, dismembering her and then trying to dump her body in the Passaic River.
Zarate was 14 at the time of the murder.
