A 10-year-old boy, Adam Bernstein, will be joining Gov. Chris Christie (R-N.J.) as his special guest at the Meadowlands rally Tuesday afternoon for the New York Giants Super Bowl victory.
Bernstein got up and asked the governor if he could join him at the celebration if the New York Giants won the Super Bowl back at a town hall meeting two weeks ago. Christie responded yes and told his aides to get Bernstein's contact information.
Bernstein watched the Super Bowl with his family at a friend's house. He says, when Ahmad Bradshaw scored the winning touchdown, he had the parade on his mind.
The rally will begin at 3 p.m. Tuesday at Met Life Stadium, after the parade in lower Manhattan.
News 12 New Jersey will have live coverage of Giants celebrations in Manhattan as well as East Rutherford starting tomorrow morning at 11 a.m.
