Police are investigating the unusual deaths of two women who were found inside a Linden home Saturday.
Authorities say a relative found the bodies of 80-year-old Jessie Sporezk and her 60-year-old caretaker at 439 Spruce St. The live-in caretaker was found in front of the television, according to police. Investigators do not suspect foul play because they say all the windows and doors were locked. They've also ruled out carbon monoxide poisoning.
Police are awaiting a medical examiner's report. However, they are looking into the caretaker's medical history. Neighbors say Sporezk was bedridden and suffered from Alzheimer's disease.
