Ingredients
1.5 pounds ground chicken
1 whole egg
2 tablespoons garlic (finely chopped)
1/4 cup pecorino cheese
1/4 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
1 teaspoon salt
Pinch black pepper (ground)
2 tablespoons parsley (finely chopped)
1/4 cup celery (minced)
1/2 cup hot sauce
1/2 cup gorgonzola (crumbled)
2 tablespoons blue cheese dressing
1 teaspoon parsley (chopped)
Instructions
Add the ground chicken, eggs, garlic, pecorino, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, parsley to a bowl and mix until all are incorporated.
Add the celery and a 1/4 cup hot sauce, mix until all ingredients have been incorporated.
Next add a 1/4 cup gorgonzola cheese and mix until the cheese has been incorporated. Mix gently to maintain the chunks of cheese.
Using a 1-ounce scoop, scoop and roll the meatballs.
Fry in oil at 350 degrees until golden brown and fully cooked, about 3-5 minutes.
Place the fried meatballs onto a plate and drizzle the remainder of the hot sauce, the blue cheese dressing and garnish with the remainder of the gorgonzola and chopped parsley,
