A West Orange bagel shop owner was found guilty Tuesday of violating a town ordinance.
News 12 New Jersey previously reported that the owner of Bagels By Jarrett violated a town ordinance for covering the windows of the Mount Pleasant Avenue business. This is against town law.
The town said the coverings had to come down, but owner Jarrett Seltzer refused, and the matter went to court.
Seltzer must now pay more than $4,500 in fines. He says that he plans to appeal.
