Warrant issued for man accused of killing 25-year-old woman in Manchester Township

Ocean County officials are searching for a man they say killed a woman in Manchester Township last month.
The county prosecutor says that 35-year-old Maxwell Johnston shot 25-year-old Gabriella Caroleo in the stomach on June 27. Caroleo was taken to the hospital but died from her injuries.

Officials say that Johnston is currently on the run. A warrant has been issued for his arrest. He was charged with murder and weapons charges.
Caroleo was laid to rest on Tuesday. She was a mother to a son, according to her obituary.
