US District Court: Nadine Menendez trial date set for Jan. 21

A trial date for Nadine Menendez has been set for Jan. 21, 2025, according to the U.S. District Court.

Nadine Menendez, wife of former Sen. Bob Menendez, was originally supposed to go on trial for bribery on July 8. But that trial was postponed due to her cancer diagnosis.

Bob Menendez was found guilty earlier this year on charges of bribery, extortion, wire fraud, obstruction and acting as a foreign agent. He is expected to be sentenced on Jan. 29.

Nadine Menendez has pleaded not guilty to all charges.
