Many across the Garden State spent Sunday gearing up for the storm they knew could still come - but were sort of hoping wouldn't.
Ready or not, the storm is coming and with full throttle.
Many municipalities planned ahead, knowing the storm would hit. And the Turnpike Authority says its trucks and yards were prepped and ready early.
"We prepped everything on Friday to cut back on overtime costs," says Joe Orlando, of the Turnpike Authority. "[We] had all trucks ready to go. And today we bring people in."
