A trial date has been set for Sean M. Higgins, the man accused of killing NHL star Johnny Gaudreau and his brother, Matthew, in 2024.
Jury selection is scheduled to begin Dec. 1, with the trial expected to start during the first week of January.
During a pretrial hearing, Higgins rejected a plea agreement. The case stems from a 2024 crash that killed the brothers.
