A Trenton man has been convicted of first-degree attempted murder and firearm charges for shooting a man three times in 2022, leaving the victim a paraplegic.

The jury categorized Henry Hutchinson as a "persistent offender," making him eligible for a maximum life sentence.

Hutchinson's sentencing is set for Dec. 4.
