Neighborhoods in Southern New Jersey were hit hard by the holiday storm on Friday.
A tree took down power lines on the border of Swedesboro and Woolwich, causing power outages for 2,000 people.
Neighbors say a tree also came down in Mantua at the intersection of Main Street and Mantua Boulevard.
The area was closed for several blocks when traffic lights stopped working.
Residents say they were lucky that the tree didn't fall on their house.
"I just don't know how it fell perfectly still on the law," said Maggie Hawk.
Gloucester County recorded wind gusts over 55 mph during the storm.
