Toys 'R Us is sharing the spirit of the season with customers.

Shoppers had until Wednesday to pay their layaway balance and pick up their merchandise.
If they missed the deadline, they lost the money they already paid and got nothing in return.
But the company made a move Friday, and some very lucky people had their layaway accounts paid off and got their packages all courtesy of Toys 'R Us.
"Toys 'R Us has decided to just give them a special Christmas present, and that is to take care of the cost associated with them for their family so it's going to be a good day for me and a good day for Toys 'R Us," says Toys 'R Us CEO Dave Brandon.
Toys 'R Us is also paying off layaway accounts at other stores across the country.
