A high school football player from South Carolina decided where he is going to college, but insisted his good friend, who has cerebral palsy, make the announcement for him.
Cooper Dawson is a star player who tore his ACL during the season.
During his rehab, Dawson befriended Kingsley Feinman, who has cerebral palsy.
Here is the moment:
"He taught me that the only disability is a bad attitude, and if he can come around every day with this big old smile on, I can do it just the same,” says Cooper. “So without further ado, I told Kingsley I'd announce it to him before I told anyone else so I'm going to tell him and then I'll let him announce to you all.
"He's going to Syracuse," Kingsley.

Kingsley says he was proud of his good friend for including him in the announcement.
