Ticketmaster announced that they caught scalpers trying to resell tickets to Harry Styles shows at Madison Square Garden for profit. The tickets sold for higher value by these bad-actors were canceled, with the intention of selling them back to fans at normal prices.

The president of Ticketmaster, Saumil Mehta, says in a statement that Styles’ residency at Madison Square Garden was a “huge target” for scalpers.

Now, the company says that fans can request tickets for the original price set by the tour. However, requesting tickets does not guarantee tickets. Ticketmaster is prioritizing fans who don’t yet have tickets to the MSG shows.

Fans can request tickets April 30 at 12 p.m. until May 1 at 5 p.m.
