Thunderstorms brought some wild weather to New Jersey Wednesday afternoon, leading to some flooding around the state.
The National Weather Service issued flash flood warnings for Atlantic, Cape May and Cumberland counties.
Several areas of Newark saw road flooding, causing some cars to become stuck in high water.
And a News 12 New Jersey viewer in Florham Park took a picture of what appeared to be a funnel-shaped cloud. It was unclear if a tornado touched down in the area.
There were other reports around the state of fallen trees and hail.
The threat of storms is expected to last through the evening hours but will clear overnight.
Thursday will see mostly sunny skies with high temperatures of around 88 degrees.
