Election Day is finally here! Officials have some tips before you go out and vote.
It is illegal to take a selfie with your ballot in New Jersey. Voting is supposed to be anonymous.
Don't let voter intimidation prevent you from casting your ballot.
Candidates are allowed to have people at the polls monitoring election activity, but are not supposed to speak to voters.

You should also always carry your ID with you.
"In New Jersey, you don't need ID to vote at a polling location, however if you didn't provide ID when you registered to vote, the first time you go to vote, you will be asked for ID," says Monmouth County Clerk Christine Hanlone.
Acceptable identification includes a driver's license, student or employment ID, or any official document that has your name and current address.
