The holidays can bring out a lot of emotions. From feeling anxious in social situations to the stress of hosting a holiday party.
With so many gatherings in such a short amount of time - its no surprise a lot of complicated feelings -- can bubble up.
How do we fend off all that stress, and find a way to enjoy the season?

According to a new poll from the American Psychiatric Association, 31% of Americans anticipate being more stressed this holiday season than last year -- a 9% increase since 2021.
