If you're thinking about installing a new pool, NerdWallet says prices vary widely depending on size and materials. A vinyl pool could cost around $20,000, while a high-end model could run up to $120,000.
That doesn’t include extras like fencing, permits, taxes, decking, insurance, and utility bills.
Wallace Schiller, owner of Woodbridge Pools, says supply costs are creeping up slightly — about 2 to 3% weekly — but no major spikes yet. He says that could change with re-orders next month.
