Snow-making operations are under way in northern New Jersey after the latest cold front dropped temperatures below freezing last night.
"We went online making snow as soon as it got below 28 degrees last night and guns are expected to run 24 hours-a-day now until the weather warms up Thursday or Friday," CampGaw Ski Resort General Manager Ron Fuhr said today.
Although temperatures are expected to reach the mid 40s this weekend, Campgaw's nine trails are expected to remain open.
Fuhr says he hopes the resort will be able to add snow tubing to their available activities sometime this week.
