A 17-year-old from Woodbridge has been charged in connection with a Wall Township home invasion and attempted motor vehicle theft that occurred in January.

The incident occurred at a residence on Baileys Corner Road, where three masked individuals broke in through a rear window and stole car keys. However, they were unable to remove the vehicle from the property.

The suspects fled the scene in a dark-colored vehicle, and following an investigation, two other suspects, Yasir Twitty (21) and Nymir Marks (19), both from Newark, were arrested in March. The 17-year-old was arrested on April 25.

Charges include 2nd-degree conspiracy to commit residential burglary, two counts of 2nd-degree criminal attempt to commit theft, 3rd-degree conspiracy to commit theft, and 3rd-degree criminal attempt to commit residential burglary.

The suspects are being held at various facilities: Twitty at Middlesex County Jail, Marks at Monmouth County Correctional Institution, and the 17-year-old at Middlesex County Youth Detention Center.
