A 19-year-old man is accused of leading police on two separate pursuits in Riverside on the same day before he was arrested in Delran.
Police said officers tried to stop Jahvell Liverpool last Thursday while he was riding an electric dirt bike, which is illegal on public roads. Authorities said Liverpool fled from officers twice during separate encounters that day.
Investigators later reviewed surveillance video and identified Liverpool as the rider, police said.
Liverpool was subsequently located and arrested in Delran. Police have not released additional details about the charges he faces.
