The FBI and other emergency personnel were dispatched in Tinton Falls Tuesday to investigate a suspicious letter containing white powder.
Authorities say the powder turned out to be narcotics and not a biological agent as feared.
The letter was sent to the office of Cahill Studio, a restaurant design company. Owner Jeff Cahill said it was addressed to Norway, but with his name and address listed as the sender.
