News 12 Storm Watch Team Meteorologist Michele Powers says there is some rain in the forecast Sunday ahead of a mild week.
NEW: Showers are pushing in from south to north as we head into our Super Bowl Sunday making a dreary, damp day to wrap up the weekend with more showers in south and central Jersey compared to north Jersey.
NEXT: We're looking at a dry and cool Valentine's Day with warmer weather on the way - back into the 50s and 60s toward the end of next week!
OVERNIGHT: Partly cloudy and brisk with lows around freezing.
SUNDAY: Showers moving in as the day goes on. Areas of fog. Highs in the 40s and lows in the 30s.
MONDAY: Showers ending, turning partly cloudy. Highs around 50 and lows in the 30s.
VALENTINE'S DAY TUESDAY: Mostly sunny. Highs around 50 and lows in the 30s.
WEDNESDAY: Mostly to partly cloudy. Highs in the 50s. Lows in the 40s.
THURSDAY: Breezy and partly cloudy with a shower chance late in the day. Highs in the 60s and lows in the 50s.
