A recent study published in the journal JAMA Network Open has revealed a significant rise in marijuana-related traffic incidents.
The research indicates a nearly 500% increase in ER treatments for such incidents between 2010 and 2021.
Additionally, alcohol-related car crashes saw a smaller increase of just under 10% during the same period.
