Kean University is stepping up to help give youngsters from Hannah Caldwell Elementary in Union a permanent home for the remainder of the school year while their school building is being treated for mold.
Students had been attending class in other schools throughout the district in open spaces like gyms.
Last week, the district began offering student bussing from the Boys and Girls Club in town to the various schools they were attending.
That bussing will continue but all the students will now be taken to Kean beginning this morning.
