The National Weather Service has issued a coastal flood advisory for the state during high tide, with half a foot to a foot of saltwater inundation is possible.

Daytime temperatures take a slight tumble because of the wind coming in off of the ocean. It is still mild for this time of year, but comparatively speaking, it was cooler at 64 degrees. The normal temperature is 61.

TONIGHT: Patchy fog will form with misty moments. Organized showers won't show up until daybreak tomorrow. Nothing severe, just run-of-the-mill rain to start your day.

THURSDAY: The winds will start to freshen up from the south, and temperatures will try and rise again into the 60s. Most of Thursday will be cloudy with pockets of showers developing by dinner time. The weather could turn stormier after 10 p.m. and stay stormy until daybreak Friday. Grumbles of thunder and flashes of lightning are likely, but it is highly doubtful the storms become severe.

The wind could cause some minor power issues as it continues to get gustier throughout the day.

FRIDAY: The day starts off stormy but eventually begins to settle. Highs will climb to the upper-60s, flirting with 70. An isolated storm could pop up at any point during the late afternoon.

WEEKEND: Conditions look OK for now, but we may get more wet weather on Sunday.

COMING UP: Next week looks WARM. Low- to mid-70s is something to look forward to.
