Officials say a tree fell onto a car and is now blocking 13th Street.
There were also reports of flooding on Wilson Avenue. Flooding was also reported on Foundry Street between Roanoke Street and Ferry Street.
The incidents came after strong storms brought heavy rain and gusty winds to the area.
