A Linden math teacher has been accused of peeping on a child in a Garden State Parkway rest area bathroom stall. According to court documents, he recorded the victim on his cellphone.

State police: Teacher recorded child on cellphone in parkway rest area
A Linden math teacher has been accused of peeping on a child in a Garden State Parkway rest area bathroom stall. According to court documents, he recorded the victim on his cellphone.
According to state police, the incident happened last month outside the Forked River Service Area in Lacey Township.
Richard Sullivan, 55, of Rahway, has been charged with invasion of privacy and endangering the welfare of a child.
Sullivan is the director of mathematics at the Linden Academy of Science and Technology.
Officials say he is now on paid administrative leave.
