Rutgers head football coach Kyle Flood hosted a football camp for special Olympic athletes Wednesday.
Nearly 300 middle and high school students from five different school districts attended the camp. The Play Unified School partnership program provides the students with activities and social inclusion opportunities in their schools and communities.
"I think it's just another great way to continue our relationship with the Special Olympians in the stadium," says Flood. "It's great to see them come off the bus, see the smiles on their faces."
Flood has served as the honorary coach to the athletes for the past four years.
