The Society of American Florists celebrated its 10-year anniversary on Wednesday with an annual initiative.

"Petal It Forward" is a program where florists hand out two free bouquets of flowers to people.

One bouquet is for them to keep, and the other is for them to share.

News 12 New Jersey was on hand for the celebration in New Brunswick.
