A man from Texas was arrested twice after two separate incidents last week in New Jersey.

Police say they arrested Gregory Simpson, 65, for trespassing and then refusing to leave the Hartz Mountain property at Park Plaza Drive and Mill Creek Drive in Secaucus on Friday.

He was issued a complaint summons and was released from police custody.

According to authorities, Simpson came back the next day and used a sledgehammer to break a revolving glass door. He was arrested for criminal mischief, possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose and unlawful possession of a weapon.
