South Orange and Littleton avenues in Newark remain closed Wednesday as roadwork and repairs continue due to a water main break near University Hospital on Tuesday morning.

The break – now isolated – caused several inches of water to flood the roadway.

Several residents told News 12 that they did not have water Tuesday morning. But officials say the water main break did not cause any water outages.
