A group of seniors are voicing their concerns about what they say are deplorable living conditions in their housing complex.
Tenants at 950 Union Ave. say they want the city to improve their living conditions. They say broken door locks, elevators and fire alarms are some of the areas where maintenance is needed.
Most of the seniors who live in the development are wheelchair bound and have difficulty entering and leaving the complex. The city is to blame, many of them say.
A spokesperson for the New York City Housing Authority say the agency?s workers have fixed most of the problems they were aware of.
