Cumberland County authorities say they have arrested three men accused of a deadly shooting in Millville last week.

The county prosecutor says that Jequise Forrest, Jerramiah Michael and Anlonzo Mincey are all now in custody. They are accused of the shooting death of 20-year-old Thomas Smith III on Aug. 15.

Officials say that police officers were called to High and Oak streets just before 7 pm on Friday for reports of a shooting. Officers found Smith shot in the head. He died a short time later, officially.

The Cumberland County Prosecutor’s Office identified Forrest, Michael and Mincey as suspects and issued warrants for their arrest. Officials at the time said that the trio should be considered “armed and dangerous.”

The trio now faces multiple charges, including first-degree murder and aggravated assault.
