The owners of a strip club on Route 35 have admitted to using the business for prostitution.

Doreen and Anthony Acciardi pleaded guilty as part of a deal that also includes tax-related charges.

Police seized at least $400,000 in cash during the investigation. The couple has been ordered to pay $700,000 in taxes.

Four others were also charged. An independent monitor will now oversee the club for the next five years.
