All lanes on Route 37 are now open after emergency construction was needed to repair a sinkhole in Toms River.

Crews paved over the sinkhole, located at the intersection of Route 37 and Oak Ridge Parkway. It appeared due to a busted stormwater pipe beneath the surface of the road.

No cars were damaged due to the sinkhole.
