A Ronkonkoma man who admitted to a deadly hit-and-run is expected to be sentenced Thursday.

Prosecutors say 24-year-old Wade Gagliano was drunk and on drugs when he struck Adrienne Wagner on Johnson Avenue in August 2022.

Gagliano went home after the incident and told his family what happened, according to authorities. His family then called police, and he was arrested.

He pleaded guilty to vehicular manslaughter in November and faces up to seven years in prison.
