Police are asking for the public’s help in identifying a man who they say stole a woman’s cellphone during a violent robbery in Clinton Hill.
Investigators say the 22-year-old victim was approached by the suspect near 275 Classon Ave. on Wednesday afternoon.
The man repeatedly punched her in the face before taking her phone.
When a 35-year-old witness attempted to intervene, he punched her in the face as well.
