Bronx voters cast ballots Tuesday in primary elections.
Rep. Jose E. Serrano defeated Sam Sloan in the 15th Congressional District Democratic primary.
Rep. Charles Rangel beat out state Sen. Adriano Espaillat, Michael Walrond and Yolanda Garcia in the 13th Congressional District.
Rangel has served a total of 22 terms in the House.
