Officials in Long Branch have approved a plan for a third hotel at the beach front from Jared Kushner's real estate company.

The seven-story, 102-room hotel called the Onada Surf Club will be adjacent to Pier Village.

The hotel will feature ocean views from every room, indoor and outdoor pools, and a restaurant open to the public.

Kushner Companies already has two other properties at Pier Village, the Bungalow acquired in 2018 and the Wave Resort set to open in 2019.
