Ramsey officials have passed an ordinance establishing new rules for e-bike riders.

E-bikes and scooters are now banned on Main Street and in town parks. They are also not permitted on sidewalks.

Riders under the age of 17 are required to wear a helmet. Parents can be fined up to $1,000 if their child violates this rule.
