3ds agoThe Rainforest Cafe at the Menlo Park Mall has closed after 26 years in business.
The jungle-themed restaurant closed on Wednesday because its lease inside the mall was not renewed.
“We are grateful for the years of support from our loyal guests and dedicated team members,” Chief Operating Officer Terry Turney wrote in a statement to News 12.
Turney says that the restaurant is looking for a new location.
Only one Rainforest Cafe remains in New Jersey, located along the Atlantic City boardwalk.
